Midlothian Tax & Business Services along with Freedom Retirement & Estate Planning are holding a FREE educational event to help bring awareness to the necessity of making an Estate Plan. The majority of people do not have any plan for their estate. We will be teaching the key differences between a Will and Trusts because having the right estate planning tool is essential for making a plan that is appropriate. We will teach about the Probate process and help people understand how costly it can be to not have a good estate plan prepared before the unexpected happens.
