E levate Your Impact

Leadership Midlothian is a premier civic program designed for a select group of professionals ready to expand their impact, strengthen their leadership capacity, and build meaningful connections within the Midlothian and Ellis County communities. Only 20 participants are selected each year—will you be one of them?

What is Leadership Midlothian?

Eligible applicants include professionals who live and/or work in Midlothian and/or Ellis County. These individuals gain knowledge about our local education system, local industry, legal system, and health care system to name a few areas. Most importantly, they learn to go out and make a difference.

This ten-month leadership experience runs from August through May and includes monthly full-day sessions, plus a formal graduation luncheon. Sessions are held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Through a blend of expert-led presentations, panel discussions, site visits, and hands-on activities, each class day immerses participants in a critical sector of Midlothian civic and professional life.

Program Goals

·       Deepen participants’ understanding of the Midlothian community
·       Develop real-world leadership competencies
·       Cultivate meaningful relationships with local changemakers
·       Inspire civic and organizational engagement
