HOW TO WRITE A WINNING BUSINESS PLAN  A session on Creating a Business Plan will be held  1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the Prosperity Bank Conference Room at 500 North I.H. 35 in Red Oak.  Starting a business without a plan is like going on a trip without a map.  A business plan helps you start, build and manage your business.  Learn why a business plan is critical to your success, especially if you need a loan or an investor for your business.  This workshop will explain the general format, the sections of a business plan, and what information is required for each section.  The cost of this workshop is $20.00 and is for anyone wishing to start a business or already in business.  It is sponsored by the Navarro College SBDC which is a partnership program with the U.S. Small Business Administration.  Please make checks payable to the Navarro SBDC.  Registration is required, as seating is limited.  To register, call Dottie Ueberroth at (972) 937-2174 or email dottie.ueberroth@navarrocollege.edu.
